Rewarding/ for me (.) is when you see them happy (.) growing up (.) you know finishing their study (.) able to go proceed to (.) a university and do further study (.) not to give up I mean during the result release (.) they uh (.) I mean they (.) there are some who cried because they did not do so well (.) i mean I’m there to talk to them lah see that this is not the end of their life that there are more opportunities ahead yeah (.) so helping them to move on after jc also (.) part of it (.) yeah
